Terms of Service

Check-In Time 03:00 PM | Check-Out Time 11:00 AM

  • No pets allowed 

  • No illegal drugs allowed in the property

  • Smoking is NOT allowed inside the house, but you can smoke in the yard

  • No party or commercial use of the property is allowed.

  • No guest visit after 10:00 pm.

  • $250 fine if not returning or lost of parking permit

  • Quiet hours of Los Angeles is 10:00 pm to 7:00am. Please keep noise/TV/music down to minimum as it's a duplex and shares common walls with the other unit

Cancellation Policy

Full refund if cancelled within 48 hours of booking. No refund will be issued if cancelled after 48 hours.
