Where do I find check-in instructions?
Self check-in/check-out instructions will be emailed to you one day before your check in. Please remember to check your email.
Is parking available?
Yes. You will receive one parking permit that allows free street parking for one car during your entire stay.
What are the house rules?
You are staying in a private, safe and family oriented neighborhood. In order to be respectful to the neighbors, please agree to the Terms of Service before booking.

What's the cancellation policy?
Free cancellation within 48 hours of booking. No refund will be issued after 48 hours.
Is the security deposit refundable?
Yes as long as there is no damage to the property. Within 3 days after check out, security deposit will be returned using the same payment method.
